Interior & Cabinet Painting

Clean lines. Smooth finish. No surprises.

Interior painting and cabinet refinishing built on a repeatable process. We prep like the finish depends on it — because it does.

Same standard. Every job.

I'm Shaun. SJM Interior Paint isn't a franchise or a crew with a logo on the truck — every project goes through me, from quote to walkthrough. The standard holds because I hold it.

01 — The Problem

Most paint jobs don't fail because of paint. They fail because of process.

Skipped prep. Wrong primer. Rushed coats. The damage hides for a few months, then shows up at every angle of every light. SJM exists because that shouldn't be the standard — and doesn't have to be.

02 — The Standard

Six steps. Every project.

The same sequence on a powder room as on a full cabinet refinish. Skip one and the finish tells on you.

01

Prep

Cover, mask, fill, sand, clean. The longest part of the job and the reason the rest of the job lasts.

02

Prime

Right primer for the surface — bonding, stain-blocking, or shellac-based. Never a generic shortcut.

03

Coat

Two finish coats minimum, applied with the right tool for the surface — sprayer, brush, or roller.

04

Sand

Inter-coat sanding on cabinets and trim. Smoothness isn't optional; it's how the finish reads in raking light.

05

Finish

Final coat with controlled conditions — dust, ventilation, temperature. Then a clean cure.

06

Walkthrough

We walk the job with you before we leave. Anything you flag, we fix. That's the close — not the invoice.

03 — Services

What we paint.

01

Interior Painting

Walls, ceilings, full-room repaints, and color changes. Clean cut lines and consistent sheen across every wall.

02

Cabinet Refinishing

Full prep, scuff, prime, sprayed finish coats. Doors and drawers handled off-site for a furniture-grade result.

03

Trim & Doors

Baseboards, casing, crown, interior doors. Sharp lines where trim meets wall — every time, every room.

04

Light Surface Repair

Nail holes, hairline cracks, minor drywall fixes that prep work turns up. Painted-over patches that disappear.

04 — Proof

Built for clean execution, not guesswork.

Door frames precisely masked for clean cut lines
