01 — Cleanliness

Job site cleanliness.

Your home isn't our shop. Floors covered, furniture protected, fixtures masked. Daily cleanup before we leave. Final clean before we hand it back.

You should be able to walk through the space at the end of every workday without needing a path.

02 — Communication

No silent days.

You hear from us before we arrive, when we wrap, and any time the scope shifts. If something turns up mid-job, we tell you before we touch it — never after.

One point of contact from quote to walkthrough. No relay between estimator and crew.

03 — Prep

The longest part of the job.

Caulk lines re-cut. Nail holes filled and sanded flat. Glossy surfaces scuffed for adhesion. Greasy cabinets degreased before anything touches them. The right primer for the substrate — never one-size-fits-all.

If prep takes longer than paint, that's the point.

04 — Finish

Finish standards.

Clean cut lines where wall meets trim. Consistent sheen across every wall in a room. No roller stipple where it shouldn't be, no brush marks on cabinets, no holidays in raking light.

We check our own work in different lights before we call it done.

05 — Walkthrough

The closing standard.

Before we leave, we walk every room with you. Bring a flashlight if you want to. Anything you flag — a touch-up, a missed spot, a line that isn't crisp — we fix on the spot or schedule a return. The walkthrough closes the job, not the invoice.

You sign off when you're satisfied. That's the only finish line.
